How does the booking form work?
Your request is filed in the workshop system as a booking request. A service advisor reviews it and calls you back to confirm the exact slot.
What should I send on WhatsApp?
Send the make, model, year, VIN if available, the symptoms and any dashboard warning message.
Are you open on Friday?
No. The workshop is closed on Friday. Thursday closes early, at 3:00 PM.
Do I need an appointment?
Contacting the team before travelling is recommended so current workshop capacity can be confirmed.
